Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we take great care in packaging and quality control. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Wax Melts & Fragrance Products
All wax melts are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.
This is for hygiene and safety reasons, as wax products cannot be resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond use, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at blissfullyfragrant21@gmail.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Scent Preference Disclaimer
Scent preference is personal. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference.
Heat & Shipping Disclaimer
We are not responsible for minor melting during transit. Wax melts may soften or slightly change appearance due to temperature, but this does not affect performance or scent.
